RETURN POLICY

RETURN WINDOW

Customers have 7 days from the date of receiving their item to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return , items must be:

- In the same condition as received

- Completely sealed and in their original packaging

- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, customers should contact IAM IBC New York at af03july@gmail.com

After the request is accepted, customers will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
